The Mercure Tallinn Conference Centre features four modern rooms of varying sizes, suitable for business meetings, seminars, and festive events. The largest hall, La Forêt, accommodates up to 98 guests in theatre-style seating and is equipped with a 96-inch LED screen, a 150-inch projection screen, a lectern, sound system, built-in bar, and DJ booth—making it ideal for both conferences and memorable receptions.

The medium-sized rooms, La Rive and Le Rivage, accommodate up to 50 participants and are suitable for seminars and meetings. Both rooms are equipped with the necessary presentation equipment, writing materials, and floor-to-ceiling windows that can be shaded with blinds.

For smaller business meetings, the La Brise meeting room is ideal—a private and light-filled space for up to 10 people, equipped with an LED screen, a 4K video conferencing camera, and everything needed for a professional meeting.

All rooms offer fast, free Wi-Fi and flexible layout options to suit the nature of the event. Catering is provided by the hotel’s Le Lac restaurant, offering coffee breaks, business lunches, and festive dinners that can be tailored to the needs of the event.
